1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind The Skin Protocol with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read the full guide, take the Barrier Self-Test, work through Module 3. If after 30 days you don't feel you have a clearer, more actionable understanding of your skin, we'll refund you in full.

No forms. No explanations. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to:

Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.

3. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Shopify.

5. After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests received after the 30-day guarantee period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you experience technical issues accessing the guide at any time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
